The Fruit for our master Bordeaux style blend was grown over a combination of vineyards throughout the Napa Valley. This was done in order to extract little nuances that are each specific to those growing areas, helping to craft a blend whose components both mingle and complement each other.

The best way to taste the individual characters of the farms vineyards is to acquire a mixed collection of our current releases. A case of our Red Collection will include 4 bottles of our 2005 Napa Valley Cuvee, 4 bottles of our 2005 Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon, and 4 bottles of our 2005 Napa Valley Syrah.

Our Cabernet is a well rounded wine that is both soft and elegant containing harmonious layers of dried herbs, blackberries, cassis, and a hint of spice. Finally there is a bit of dustiness with some gingerbread-esque touches on the end.

This is a very special Syrah, one with a beautiful spring bouquet with touches of cedar and sweet wood. Black currants, blackberries, and rich spices linger on the pallet finishing with a hint of vanilla. This is a very ripe and delicious red.

A beautiful French Rhone varietal and a rare find in the Napa Valley. Although we are really red wine drinkers, we wanted to make a fun and well balanced white, which we could enjoy with friends on a clear hot day. Grown by some of our favorite farmers, this Viognier unexpectedly found us.

Our White Collection is the best way for white only drinkers to enjoy our very popular Napa Valley Viognier. This collection will include 6 bottles of our 2006 Napa Valley Viognier.
